The government encourages the purchase of material using sustainable energies allowing a tax return on air/water heat pumps only:
If you pay tax : Save 22% of the cost of the machine
If you don’t pay tax, or if the amount of the return is higher than your tax to be paid, the government raise a cheque in your favour
Conditions:
For your main residence (landlord or tenant) or for an unfurnished rented housing if it is the main residence of the tenant.
Accommodation bought brand new :
Heat pump must have been installed by the construction company
Old / under construction accommodation (until 31/12/2009) : Heat pump must be bought to the installation company.
To be fiscally resident in France
Tax return of 22% (2011 rate) application :
The purchase of the machine excluding installation, labour, drilling, transmitter and sensor
The taxpayer who spend more than 5 years apart benefit from the operation twice
We will clearly indicate whether the system chosen is subject to tax return or not.

- 16 000 € for couple

For a costly or not installation, we are allowed to suggest you a one or several year loan at a very interesting rate.

- Reduced rate of 5,5 % applied only on labour
- Normal rate of 19,6 % applied on the material
